Order Processing Time
We process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@greenauraoils.com.au. Address changes are only possible before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Domestic Standard Shipping - $4.50
- Express shipping -$6.50
- Free Shipping on orders over -$100
International Shipping
After payment verification, orders may take up to 24 hours to process before shipping. Purchases made on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International shipments include free door-to-door tracking.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received this email or your tracking number does not work, please contact us at support@greenauraoils.com.au, and we will assist you.
